The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean.

Rooms are very noisy. You can literally hear the conversations in all rooms on the corridor. Staff felt a bit too junior and insecure. The building looks tattered. Every tap or door.handle you touch falls off.

The location was good for hangout.

The WiFi was a bit slow. The room wasn't quite spacious. I only had one electric socket.

Excellent location plus easy getaway to the airport

Hotel is very clean and the conceriierge staffs are extremely good and they are like the ambassadors of the hotel. The front desk staff by the name of Asa is also an excellent ambassadors to the hotel who is very polite.. House keeping is very good and efficient. Nice big showers and big bathroom

Manager of the hotel needs to upgrade her attitude and and not interfer with room service order, she liked to me saying that there's no phones in the kitchen. However, many a times the cooks have rang me from the kitchen when they have run out of a certain stock. How did the hotel manager contact the cook to convey my food orders when she said there's no phones in the kitchen. Obviously she has lied and not very professional, she messed up my dinner food order. She refused to let me to speak to the cook to order me dinner of a special order due to my personal health reason. The manager must understand that some people have food allergies and therefore better to speak to the cook directly so the cook can cater accordingly to the customers needs. I fe6she is just a churvnist showing off her power to prove that she is the boss. 2 of the front desk are quite rude

We booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrive they said they did not have any available and did not provide any solution. Furthermore, there was a group of students in our floor making a lot of noise, so we could not rest. Not recommended.

Live music at night if you’re in to that thing.

They have music on in the bar area and they are adamant you spend money/or buy a drink to be able to have a seat at a table here, even if you are a guest of the hotel and there are spare tables available. Staff didn’t help with heavy bag when checking in when clearly struggling. Room wasn’t very clean - in bed, and in bathroom. Unhygienic

The staff are friendly and the hotel have club on the 7th floor. Room view blocked

Street food 24hrs available along the street. Meter taxi always around when you needed go anywhere. For muslim you can find lots of restaurant.

Shopping mall is far walking distance and not that expected.

Great location but the room a little bit smaller with no view. Great for budget traveler too. Staff very friendly and great hospitality.

Good location & Fair Price..

I like the location as there are restaurants like KFC & PizzaHut nearby ..The room is spacious ( deluxe room) with good view..The room also has a refrg. and safety box which not available in most 3stars hotels in that area..It also has English channels for those who want to watch the news..etc and do not understand local language !

I am staying at the 7th floor so at late night it gets noisy from the karaoke at the other floor !But lets them have fun!! I also do not like the carpet on the ways to the rooms..I think it would be neat and clean if they remove it and put tiles instead! The towels provided are too old and i think time to replace it! The internet sometimes is slow.. The breakfast specially green and fruit salad are very limited ingredients ..I dont eat rice and meat in the morning !

the location of the property was the only good thing

the staffs are terrible. I checked in morning 8.30 am the staff asked me to wait in the reception till 12pm because they cannot accept a early check in since the hotel check in time is at 2pm. This is the worst experience i ever had with hotels.

It's a very nice hotel with an affordable price.

It's a very nice hotel with an affordable price. The atmosphere is very chill and it's comfortable for a family trip.

The breakfast should be upgraded a little, less choice of food and the wifi disconnected every single minutes if I'm using it from the upper floor.

In general is good but should to give more attention for guest specially it's hotel weakness issues

Room quality, A/C very bad and changed the room twice but still and they promised to upgrade but nothing happens and one of reasons I checked out early before 3 days , shower area .

I don't like to stay this hotel anymore. I felt very bad experience never faced from any other hotel

I like the area of this hotel. Very easy to access markets from here.

From the 1st day we faced difficulties we never experienced in any hotel anywhere in the world. 1. we went this hotel from airport around 9 hrs before our check-in time. So hotel staff said, you have to pay one day if you want check-in now. We paid 1 more day instead of our booked room. 2. we booked our room for 2 adults, but they put 1 soap and 1 shampoo. we complained to the reception but no improvement. Next day one towel and 1 cup for coffee drink. Again we complained to the reception and they said they will send one more towel and a cup. Next day we got 2 towels but 1 soap, 1 shampoo and 1 cup as same. 3. When we informed our check-out, receptionist said we have to settle our payment to the hotel. We said them, we already settle our payment through out booking.com. We saw them the settled payment details from our visa card. But they demanding us to pay again the same amount. We never faced this issue any other hotel after we booked our room through booking.com. We said them if we have to pay again that means you are charging double for the room. They said if it's double charge they have to re-fund within 1 week. As their demand we paid again. 4. When we check-out we requested to the reception to arrange our airport transfer. They said they cannot do that. You have to go out side and take taxi on the road. We replied them Yes, we know we can take taxi like that. But how difficult we are going out side with our luggage. Repeatedly we request them we will pay to the taxi, you just arrange taxi for us. But they did not do it. One security staff came and asked he will arrange taxi for us. Reception staff (one girl) doesn't know how to treat customers.
